"In an era where global health issues like pandemics, chronic diseases, and mental health crises transcend borders, collaboration among nations, organizations, and individuals is crucial. By pooling resources, sharing knowledge, and fostering innovation, we can develop effective solutions and implement strategies that prioritize preventive care, equitable access to healthcare, and sustainable practices. This joint effort not only accelerates progress but also ensures that diverse perspectives are included, leading to more comprehensive and culturally sensitive approaches. Ultimately, working together today paves the way for a future where everyone has the opportunity to lead a healthy and fulfilling life."

FEHA Welcomes GSASSC at our 2025 AEM

The Florida Environmental Health Association (FEHA) is proud to collaborate with the Gulf and South Atlantic States Shellfish Conference (GSASSC) at our 77th Annual Education Meeting. This partnership brings together expertise from both environmental health and shellfish management to address shared challenges and advance best practices for water quality, shellfish safety, and coastal ecosystem sustainability. By combining resources and knowledge, FEHA and GSASSC aim to enhance the education and training provided at the conference, fostering stronger networks among environmental health professionals and shellfish industry stakeholders. This collaboration emphasizes our commitment to public health, environmental stewardship, and the sustainable management of Florida’s vital coastal resources.
